FAQ
Common questions about Prevra.
Can I use digital records for SFBB?
Digital records can be part of an SFBB system when they are accurate, dated and available for inspection. Check Food Standards Agency guidance and ask your local authority what it expects. Prevra is still in development.
Can I move from paper gradually?
Yes. You can start with one type of check, such as temperatures, while keeping your existing paper records. Prevra is being designed to support that change.
Will I be able to export records?
That is the plan. We want you to be able to find and export dated diary, temperature, cleaning and review records. This feature is not available yet.
Does Prevra replace food-safety training?
No. Prevra will not replace required training, professional advice or your own food-safety procedures.
